Yes, in addition to our service plans, we also offer one-time pest control services. One-time services are designed to quickly address current concerns, but do not include ongoing monitoring or preventative maintenance.

Before a treatment, it's important to clean and declutter the area, remove any pet food or water dishes, and cover or remove any exposed food or utensils. By doing this, our technicians are able to treat the area more effectively.

The length of a treatment varies depending on the type of pest and the size of the property. On average, treatments can take anywhere between 30 minutes and 1-2 hours.

Most customers begin to see results within one or two weeks after treatment. During this time, increased pest activity may occur as pests are affected by the treatment and driven out from their hiding areas. Results can vary depending on the type of pest, the level of infestation, and environmental conditions. Our technicians will provide guidance on what to expect following your service!

In general, most homes benefit from routine service on a quarterly basis to help prevent pest issues before they start. Some situations may require more frequent visits. Our technicians will recommend a service schedule based on your specific needs.
