Pest Control Treatment Details
Our initial Exterior Plus+ service includes an interior and exterior treatment. Our General Pest Control treatment guarantees protection from ants, roaches, silverfish, earwigs, millipedes, centipedes, spiders and more.
Interior Service Includes:
- Wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, wet bars, and water heaters.
- Under plumbing/sink areas, windows and other entry points.
- Inspection and placement of granules in the attic.
- Inspection of non-wet areas.
- Spot/crack and crevice treatment.
Exterior Treatment Includes:
- A sweep down on the eaves and overhangs to remove spider webs and dirt dauber nests.
- Removal of wasp nests where accessible.
- Residual liquid treatment to eaves, windows & door frames, thresholds, cracks & crevices.
- Treatment also includes an application along the foundation to establish a pest proof barrier that prevents pests from entering your home.
After the initial treatment, Wilson Services will return to retreat the exterior of your home on a routine basis. Before your regular service, a complimentary contact will be made to remind you to leave all gates unlocked and to secure any pets.

- With any of our annual packages, we offer call backs as needed at no additional costs! If any of the covered pests are showing up inside your home between routine visits: just give us a call, and we'll come out to get you taken care of under the plan you have in place.
An additional guaranteed pest control service such as flea control, rodent exclusion, mosquito control, and a 1-year fire ant treatment can be added at a minimal charge. German Roaches, Carpenter Ants and Tawny Crazy Ants are not guaranteed with this general pest control program. We do have additional programs tailored specifically for German Roaches, Carpenter Ants and Crazy Ants.
